What realistic role is assigned to educational institutions for the youngest children? To what extent do the surroundings in which children grow up influence them, at an age when they are still not able to talk?

Most current research, points out the importance of child development at earliest age, particularly the first three years of life. A person’s psychological development is 85% completed by the third year of life, while the development of intellectual capabilities and capability to learn is 60% completed by the fourth year of life.
